bit the bullet on a PT HD12 upgrade
Did the upgrade.
All seemed to be going well. When I went to download the product, I got a message saying: "There are no qualifying upgrade products on this iLok account. Please try another iLok account." Any ideas? I did everything methodically and got a confirmation. Thanks

Thank you for buying the upgrade!
I see "Pro Tools | HD Annual Upgrade and Support Plan" in your Avid account (click the title then click Show to see the installers) and the licenses are in your iLok account waiting to be activated to your iLok2.
