Default art tubeopto 8, ac input? 110 or 220?

first, im extremely sorry to be posting such a non pt related question. just dont know who else to ask.

the art tubeopto 8 just arrived from the states and im trying to hook it up in my studio in beirut, lebanon where the power is 220v. the back of the tubeopto8 reads "fuse 250v...0.5amps"

http://www.artproaudio.com/downloads...mtubeopto8.pdf

would it be okay to plug the power in or do i need a transformer?

thanx in advance

I would consult the manual on this. AFAIK, most everything nowadays have universal power supplies that work on either voltage

On page 12 of the document you provided the link for, under the heading '
Power Requirements' it states "Export units configured for country of destination."

So you're good to go.

I wuld also read the small print ont he back of the unit by the power connector. Often it states clearly if it is for 110V only or 110/220V.
