PT9 & Saffire Pro14 & Sampler

Hi

Does anyone have experience with a Focusrite Pro14 and PT9 (Mac)? Does it work?
Does the included Sampler allow you to import instrument samples? Can you import "Bass Legends" for example and have the sampler construct a virtual instrument that will allow you to play Bass Guitar instruments from a third party library?
