My Digi

Any one else have this happen?
I have a mystery.
I'm trying to log onto "my digi" account. It doesn't recognize my password and when prompted to enter my email address (which I have three of) it doesn't recognize any of the three possibilities.
I need to get in to re-download something I already purchased.

What next?

I've sent a message to the web admin to see if they can dig up anything for you....not sure how soon they might be available, as it's past normal hours here.

You had created a My Digi account with an email address that began with your first name.
That is the only My Digi account for your name.

We have changed it to the email address on your DUC account, which begins with just your first initial. Try logging in now.

Thank you so much for the quick response. That change worked and I can now access my Account.
