Le 7.1 with 10.4.7

I've noted (and posted) two problems: (I'm using PT-7.1LE with two systems: a 002Rack with a Powerbook G4-17 and a 002Rack with a G5 desktop):
1) Page Scrolling (option under the Operations Menu) does not work most of the time during recording or playback: more often than not, it just scrolls past the Edit Window but does not advance the window. One "fix" I've discovered is to advance the "scroll bar" to the right (end) of the Edit Window; after this, Page Scrolling seems to work like it should. However, it is not as functional or reassuring as the "continuous scrolling during record or playback" option available in all earlier versions of PT-LE (up through 6.7).

2) When I capture a Region and name it, it appears in the Regions List. In previous versions of PT-LE (again at least up through 6.7) if I click on this Region in the Regions List, it will be highlighted in the original track from which it was captured. Under 7.1, it will be highlighted only if it has been placed into another track (i.e. the edit assembly) track.

I've reported both of these "bugs" to Digi Tech Support, but have not yet received any response to the first problem; they have acknowledged that the second is, indeed, a bug in the software.

Can you be a little more specific? Are you experiencing more problems than above? Or, the same problems that make operation unbearable?

Hi I am useing PT 7.1 cs 7, and I am getting problems when I set the scrolling options to After Playback. At the end of the page the pointer disappears and the page does not change. When I stop the track the screen goes to the updated position. Can anyone help?

I did observed something was different with the scrolling...but I was told,it on this forum, it was was continous scrolling which is a feature of PtHD. I am happy that someone else notice that the scrolling option has change after PT6.7
