Can't uninstall Mbox 3 Mini

I installed Ptools 12 on brand new iMac Retina late 2015 with El capitan. Hooked up Mbox Mini (3). Worked fine with computer audio, Spotify, etc. Not with Ptools. I went to the downloads section of the Avid website and installed the latest drivers for Mbox mini, thinking this might help. Now Mbox mini is no longer recognized by the computer at all. Upon trying to uninstall the drivers it gives the following error: That operation failed due to error 5364.

Please help. I have read various ways to uninstall manually, but none seem to apply to my specific configuration/version. At least i'd like to get the Mbox to work for computer audio like it was before, until hopefully new drivers are provided by Avid for El Capitan with Mbox Mini 3 for PT 12. THANK YOU

Same happened to me. I believe after installing 1.3 drivers you have lost the game. Hopefully AVID will update their drivers soon.

Being that the Mini is a USB device I am surprised it worked at all.

Finally was able to uninstall old drivers by deleting related files...took me a while 'cause there where some extra files related to mbox mini that I hadn't deleted...but finally I found them all.

Installed new drivers and it's running ok.
