Izotope RX compatible with PT2024 on windows?

Hello everyone,

anybody here using RX 10 on a Windows system with the newest Pro Tools?

Izotopes compatibilty was broken with PT23.12, and although the January-update (10.5) was supposed to fix this, "RX connect", "Ambience Match" and "De-Hum" are still not compatible, since you cannot render any files with handles (handle-length entry and "whole file" is greyed out), and Ambience Match creates massive crackles on rendered files)

Anybody here who can tell me if this is working again on PT 24?

I only have RX9 - just checekd Ambience Match and Connect and they seem to be working normally with handles.

RX 10.5.0.2330 Adv, Win 10 Pro 22H2, PT Ult 2024.3

RX Connect works perfectly fine (and does handles)

Maybe you've set something wrong in the AudioSuite window? Post a screenshot of plugin and selection

Same rig a B Scout and working fine here too. You've set the audiosuite handle length in PT Prefs?

Hey all, thanks a lot!

I already reached out to izotope support in end of January, they confirmed this as a "known issue" and "already were in contact with avid to solve this problem".

So it seems to be fine with PT24? But you Guy's also didn't have issues with the 23.12 version??
(I am so carefully asking, because otherwise I wouldn't upgrade while in an ongoing project. But this obviously is a max annoying bug....)

I did have the issue of Connect not working as individuals clips in the previous version of PT, but it now is fixed. Can't comment on the others as I rarely process the whole file, but it is working with the latest PT.
