Can’t make the Avid Control app to work

Hello!

I’m trying to connect my iPad with Avid Control app
To the Avid media composer and all I get is black screen in the app...
I don’t have WiFi on the system so I connect the iPad to internet with lightning to camera adapter and usb 2 to lan.
The Eucontrol is connected successfully on the pc but when I open the app I get black screen...
Can anyone help?

(I’’m working on Avid media composer 2018.6)
