AAE error -14034 and Unable to Save Presets again

Hi, Folks

1) Today I was recording and editing vocals, got some messages asking to reallocate AAE Prefferred Parameters.
Instead, I raised Buffer Size from 32/64 to 512/1MB.
Errors continued. I rebooted the machine and things went back to normal.

2) I was not able to save a Preset with EQIII. If I kept the original name, it was fine, but I was not allowed to change the name , for example, from Vocal EQ to Vocal EQ 2023.
This error popped up a few weeks ago. I just checked the (x) read /write preferences at the external storage devices and things went back t normal. But today was a no go.


This is related to Pro Tools Ultimate 2022.12 and OS Ventura 13.2.
Machine: Mac Mini M1 256/512 with external NVMe 1 TB Blue WD.
Pro Tools HD Native connect with 2 192 IO Digital Blue.
