Default DIGI 002Rack to DIGI 003Rack ?

Hey guys, Im wanting to upgrade my DIGI 002Rack to the DIGI 003Rack here.
On my My DIGI section Im seeing my software updates but NOT the DIGI002rack. I KNOW I registered it and sent the reigistration card in. How can I exchange this with the dealer if I its NOT showing in my My DIGI ?????

My 002 doesn't show at My Digi either... Perhaps "My Digi" only focuses on the software/downloadable aspect of your registrations..

Is the dealer asking for this info? When I did my 001 to 002 exchange through Sweetwater I don't remember any issues with hardware registrations... In fact, I'm pretty sure I just had to send my 001 directly to Digi within 30 days, or something like that...

Just an opinion here, but I would not do that "upgrade". If you want an improvement, I think the Black Lion mods for the 002R will give you a better sounding piece. Other than the wordclock port, the 003R really offers nothing above and beyond what the 002R already has. Now the 003 controller is another story, but you may have a perfectly good reason for this so take my post for what it was intended for.

All you need to do is place the order with your dealer for the 003R and pay the hardware upgrade price. The dealer will order it and, when it comes in, it will have information on how to return your 002R to us. Your hardware will not show in MyDigi - that functionality is still in the works.
