Audiomedia III & Logic via DirectIO and XP
Hi all , how can i use Audiomedia III with Logic 5.1.3 via DirectIO ???
I remember da trick to use that with older driver under Windows ME , but how can use that with new driver under XP ??? Thanks a lot |

If you want to use Logic as a DAW there are much better sound cards that are better spec'd and suited for Logic.
Check out the Terratec EWS 24/96 or the Midiman Audiophile 24/96. Both card have the same input output structure as the AMIII card, but come with solid low latency ASIO drivers. Both sound better than the AMIII as well and only cost about $250 - $300 US. In my opinion these will be much easier to setup and use with Logic than an AMIII card will be.
