Creative ASIO Help no sound

Hello Everyone.

I am pretty much new to Pro tools 10. and i cant how to get input (auxiliary useing it as a mic for my condensor mic) and output (headset plug in the creative)

i got a creative HD Pro Soundcard.

when i look in playback and IO i see all kind of alalog 1- 2 to 1-8 etc
and i dont understand it all of it.

i was really hoping if anyone could be really greaful to help me out.
