Happy 003 user

Hi everyone! I just wanted to let you all know that my new 003 is working great and that 88.2 does sound better than 44.1, at least with PTLe. I am using the same pre (Pacifica), mics (Josephson C42, NTK), AD converter (Lavry Blue, same plugs (well, now working at 88.2, so this changes) and instruments. Even with PTLe's own SRC, it definately sounds better. More dimension, more analog-like sound, and no harshness, my worst enemy with 44.1. I used to need a lot of EQ to try to remove it, and now I only apply EQ subtly for enhacement. I am as happy as can be...well, my computer is not completely up to the task (needs high buffer rates to record many tracks), but that will change soon when the ASUS M2N-E SLI + Athlon 64 4000+ + Kignston 2GB + MSI 128MB 7300LE Video Card arrives!
