PTLE 6.1.1 & Parhelia

For a couple of years now I've been using PTLE with Matrox cards G550 and Parhelia's Many folks here on the DUC have talked about using this combination. Now I upgrade to PTLE 6.1.1 and it's either PTLE or the Parhelia software but not both? whats's up with this? Am I missing something is there a dfferent driver I should be using. Sombody else must be using PTLE and a Parhelia. It's a perfect match If I can just get it to work.

We've been banging our heads on this issue for 2 months.

I see you have already posted on the Matrox Web site, so I won't point you there, but that thread really shows what's the situation like.

Anyway check THIS THREAD out to see what we've come up with as a workaround while we wait for a fix (hopefully).

The thread I was referring to is the one we've been posting on recentely, and HERE is the new thread started by N-G-neer, at which Matrox basically answered like ours: they are still waiting for Digi to send them a Pro Tools copy to test and troubleshoot (this sounds nearly incredible to me... ).

So, N-G-Neer is another folk added to our boat, let's hope that, as the number grows, they will do something in the end...even if this is a politics involved issue.
