change sample rate info for audio file
I'll try my best to explain my problem clearly.
I started a session in PT 7.3 at 44.1 / 24. I was clocking from my Octopre and it was inadvertently set at 48. The session records and plays back fine but if I mix down to 44.1/16 then the resulting track plays slow. I think protools thinks the session is 44.1 even though it externally clocked at 48. I believe I need to change the header info for the audio files so they are 48 not 44.1 then import into a new session. I never had this issue pre-7.3 as I would get a clock mismatch error and pro tools would revert to the internal clock source. In this case the digi002 sample rate light flashes suggesting it is not locked. but still plays and records fine. Thanks, Dave |

Re: change sample rate info for audio file
you can do this in Bias Peak 5.2. all you have to do is get the file's info and change the sample rate to what you want. not sure if anyone you know has that application, maybe a demo might work?
