Did digi screw us or am I f#$%ing up?
I downloaded and installed PT 6.4. I know they stated they didn't test legacy controllers with this version (ie. motor mix, HUI, etc). My motor mix worked fine with 6.1, but it is not being seen at all in PT to set it up. I have it set up using the midi i/o on the back of my 002r, but when I go to peripheral set-up the drop down only shows none.
Did digi screw us all with this whole 6.1/6.4 thing? Controllers worked in 6.1 but bounce to disk didn't, now BTD is fixed in 6.4 but we can't use our controllers. I can't just go back to 6.1 as the BTD is quite necessary and that version is more of a hassle. Does anyone have a motor mix working with 6.4? |

Re: Did digi screw us or am I f#$%ing up?
You have to download the new controller definitions and then copy them to the correct folder:
Program Files\Common Files\Digidesign\DAE\Controllers then they will show up when you boot PT |
