Default Help!!!

Hi folks my comp is running on xp with le 7 002 rack. The issue violation access occured. It was working fine one day the next that showed up on launch. I also noticed mmerefresh.exe was not starting up all of a sudden I have tried many times to add this to my start up folder, it is there but my task manager will not read it. I have tried to add mmerefresh from startup as well as the task manager nothing?. I have a commercial to do comming up so this is bad timing, should i reinstall protools. i want to use that as a last resort due to the fact it is a pain to add all my plugins again...thank you for the help..

Reinstalling Pro Tools won't touch any of your plugins. No reason for it to be a last resort.

Last resort is reformat system drive and reinstall OS.

Have you tried any other usual troubleshooting?
