free PT - free scratching audio

There is scratching on the recorded audio file when you do the following :
1. record some audio
2. mark this with marking tool
3. delete selected area
4. record some new audio on the same track to the position where deleted file was
you'll hear scratching audio
when you record some new audio over existing file, the sound will stabilize.
Is there any explanation ?
Anyway, PT free is really cool software.

I don't understand the question. Do you mean the Pencil tool? That tool alters audio destructively, and can easily make things sound bad very fast.
