Avid support not recognizing system ID

Hello All.
not sure where this belongs, but Avid support is not recognizing my system ID when keyed in over the phone.

Sadly, I know this number like my social security number, But I tried 3 different times, eliminating user error, and possible phone issues.

If theres anyone there monitoring this, please contact me re: case 04639320
