Default Not able to create sessions

I just downloaded Pro Tools First v. 12.2.0.606, every time I try to create a new session or work off one of the templates I keep getting this message " There is an error posting the project "

Can anyone help?

Is there any update on this error because I am also encountering this problem on Pro Tools First.

Could not create a new document because Permission denied (13) while creating "Project Cache" while creating "y-k_q5pqk5lSi3j0afP0Ra" while creating "nMcMNdoZiP_Q-bzpACQXId.ptproject".

THIS IS THE MESSAGE IVE RECEIVED ERER SINCE I INSTALLED AND ACTIVATED THE SOFTWARE. I had almsot given up, the frustrations continue. Please keep us up to date about a possible fix.

Hello pigfish8786,

This is typically seen on Mac systems where permissions are set incorrectly.
  1. Get Info on the Pro Tools folder in Documents
  2. Set Privilege it to Read & Write for your user account. (Check the Project Cache folder inside the Pro Tools folder to make sure the change was applied)

I've had installations on windows 10 all not working due to the "there was an error posting the project".

So now I made a installation on a windows 8.1 laptop and still getting the same error message.

This leaves me with the conclusion that the possible errors are with the cloud services and cloud client software, strange however that there are users who can do stuff with PT First, maybe country boundaries have also to do something with this.
