Default PT4.3.2 Can\'t find Hardware Notice

It message only occurs after using third-party software, which requires use of DAE for PBack. When handing control back to PT, PT's displays this message. Have discarded all pref's. We are running Mac 9500, 9600, G3's, all 256mgs mem. This issue also appeared with Digi Masterlist, where PT could not re-aquire DAE. All 7 seven systems have this problem. Thought this problem was resolved.
