help with importing Wav Files
ok..I love this program, ..it works even with my soundblaster live card..I recorded a vocal at 16 bit..41.1 k sample..(it should be 48k, but im a rebel) i then soloed it, and bounced it to split stereo wav..i opened each track in soundforge and autotuned them..I then saved it back as a wav file..and it is in the PM (?) or something format that protools wavs are in (at least the ones on the free demo)..so then in theory, i should be able to import the wav file back into protools right? but the import option is never clickable..i try everything and i cant import a thing..I know autotune is a direct X plugin, but since i am using soundforge, it shouldnt matter right? i mean its just the effected wav file that should be sent back to protools, and protools shouldnt care..is there something i am missing? oh yeah..when i bounce to disk..it wont let me use the all the bounce options...can you walk me through this whole process? it is the only problem i'm having..maybe i should save different in soundforge..i dont know..
