Default "Import Settings" in IO Window Causes Beachball

As the title suggests. On the latest pro tools (2024.3), importing an io template using the "import settings" button in the IO window causes pro tools to beachball on macOS. I then need to force quit, and reopen pro tools.

I've tried this with several io templates, and playback engines. I've even tried making a fresh, and very simple io template from within 2024.3 in case there was some version mismatch issue at play. I've also tried several computer restarts. Issue persists in all situations.

Pro Tools 2024.3 (native silicon mode)
Ventura 13.6.3
MacBook Pro M1 Max fully loaded
RME Madiface XT
Eucon 2023.11

Can anyone else report this?

Same here. PT 2024.3 quits immediately without an error message when trying to import our regular IO settings into a session that came from elsewhere.

Big Sur 11.6.8, HDX, Lynx Aurora 16, 2 x 192.

Guess I’m not the only one. I’ve filed a ticket on this. Bummer.
