Default Hybrid Phrase Mode still not fixed?

I remember reporting this several years ago now in version 7. In the sequencer page for Hybrid, when switching to Phrase mode, transposition of the scale happens. When setting sequencer mode back to Off, the scale remains transposed until you deactivate and reactivate the plugin. Sure would be nice to use this plugin for its coolest feature... Case in point, I got tired of it then and this is the first time I've tried it in a while. Now I remember why. Please fix it.
Thanks
