Default ProTools6.1/Reason 2.5

Can anybody point me in the right direction with getting
some sound out of Reason when in ProTools?I can't play a MIDI synth in Reason and get it to be heard in Pro Tools.I can't find any documentation on how these two work together. The Reason acknowledges Rewire
when I start up ProTools first. But ProTools doesn't seem to know Reason exists.Anything would be appreciated.
Thanks

On the same note... This problem is driving me nuts. I have Reason 2.5 installed and PT 6.1 installed as well and The Rewire Plugin is in my plug-ins folder but it does not come up as an insert in PT. Neither for an audio track or for an Aux. I"m beating my head against the wall... Every other plug comes up except rewire. Can anyone help me? Thank you so much!!!

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">REWIRE does not show up the menu like the other plugins do, it's a hidden virtual router that is activated when it senses 2 compatible appications running together. Reason is the plugin, which in turn enables Rewire in the background. You can now stop beating your head against the wall, as it won't make Rewire appear, m'kay?

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">One more time, there is no such thing as the DigiRewire plug. You keep referrencing to it as such, and while your problem may still occur, do realise that it is REASON you should look for in your plugins, NOT Rewire. Also, make sure you don't have Reason already open before trying to make this work. Open PT, then look for Reason in the list, it will open automatically.
