Default Elemental Audio InspectorXL - is it worth it?

Hey Folks,

I'm looking for a more detailed metering/analysis tool ITB, and this product looks pretty good at a glance. Unfortunately, their website is a little shy on compatibility information. Is anyone out there using InspectorXL in TDM 7? Elemental Audio has reduced their pricing temporarily to $89, so now is the time to buy it if it's any good.

as always, opinions are greatly appreciated. cheers,

Richard

Yes. It's great. Search the DUC.

Thanks Jeremy..

I ended up finding your reference to it in a post from a few days back, and paid for a copy. Thanks again for the info.

Nothing beats outboard meters, but as software meters go, these are very much worth the $89.00.

I've also sent a request to them to see if they would develop multichannel meters (5.1)

And you're not the only one.

It's worth the $89, but the Multimeter has clicks and pops with PT7. The other meters work fine, and the company will fix the Multimeter, if they have not done so already.
