Hello, do you know how to create plug in for PT LE for MAC? Which tools I need.

I'm a teacher on Tech. Univ. (signal processing) and I would like to implement some algorythms into PT LE.

It unfortunately is very difficult. The problem is that Digidesign is not giving their Audiosuite, RTAS or TDM plug-in specs openly to the public domain. They will only sell licenses to "good" plug-in developers. (Which is, of course, kind of good because that will reduce the possibility of crap plug-ins for Pro Tools coming to the market...)

The only thing you could do is to reverse engineer the plug-ins. I don't really know how you do that and with what tools, and it is also illegal.

Metrowerks Code Warrior, however, is THE Macintosh application development environment. But it requires very very much learning and patience...

An easier solution for your needs would be to use a system like Cycling74's MAX/MSP.
