Great unit. Better sound than the Furman unit I replaced.
I don't use many of the features. I use it to just switch between speakers and headphone distro. It's very clean sounding.

Great unit sonically, and flexible. I adapted the CUE section for SRS monitors in the main recording room...
Down side: fade taper on main volume knob is low quality... stereo image falls apart at low volumes, have to use dim switch for low volume mixing...
Flimsy mic level knob on remote, and the monitoring LED ladder is not that great IMO...
But overall I'm very pleased with mine...

A great idea, very flexible and the digital input is a bonus at the price.

HOWEVER

I had FOUR units which I had to send back. Two had faults straight out the box, one lasted 5 or so months then blew up. The last gave up pretty quick too. The volume pot taper is very poor and the cheap 'trim' pots for adjusting different speaker levels have no place in a piece of studio gear. It's a shame, the QC let a good product down.

FWIW I now use the SPL monitor controller, slightly less bucks plus it sounds better too.

.....and it hasn't blown up either!!

I like the idea of mine. But I am now on my 3rd remote in 4 months. It's just not made well, obviously. Presonus was nice enough to send me advance replacements, but geez. I know it's only 600 or 700, but its too much headache. That being said, it does just what I need it to do and I'd rather not be without it for now. Hmmm....kinda like Waves plugs.......

Agreed sounds good for the money volume goes abit wonkey at low levels. Personally had no problems otherwise

My Central Station meters read a little hotter than they should, but I don't rely on them.
My DIM button is sticking a little, but I don't use it often.
I don't have the remote.
