Default 002 rack with distortion in right channel

I have a problem with distortion in the midfrequences on one channel. It´s the same in the headphone so It can´t be wrong with the speakers, cables etc.

Is there anyone that´s familiar with this problem?

Does this just happen with Pro Tools or does it happen when you bring an input in through the 'Alt Source' - this may help to figure if it's hardware or software.
