Avid Link 22.7.0 crashing

I upgraded from Avid Link 22.5 to 22.7 and immediately began experiencing Avid Link crashes when I tried to download anything from the app.

I uninstalled Avid Link 22.7 and reinstalled 22.5 and everything is fine again.

Is anyone else experiencing crashes when attempting to download anything from Avid Link erosion 22.7.0?

Your best solution is to uninstall Avid Link. So far, it has not delivered on what it promises to do and plenty of folks have issues of one kind or another. You do not need it for anything important(IOW, Pro Tools runs perfectly fine without it) and you can update things manually if the need arises.

I uninstalled the version 22.7 and reinstalled 22.5. 22.5 works fine for me overall.

22.7 crashes whenever I attempt to hit the “download” button for any content listed in Avid Link.

I am interested in hearing if anyone else is experiencing this issue or it this issue is specific to my system.
