Scrolling freeze when moving mouse

i installed the latest version of pt a few days ago (2022.6) after being on 6.4le for eons. don't judge lol. so far so good with one exception. during playback, every time i move my wireless mouse, the scroll will freeze for a brief instant. the audio remains fine. it's just the playback scroll that seems to be affected. i've tried it on the various scroll options and it does the same freeze with all of them. running win10, core i7-4770s with 16gb ram and 1tb ssd. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

There have been numerous fixes coming each update, and I would guess more to come, for varied glitchy UI graphical issues.

If you can replicate the bug, opening an issue with support might help keep their attention on such issues. Just waiting you might see fixed anyway, but more real reports the merrier

If it's momentary and graphical, such things and worse (like freezes and bouncing balls) have been fairly common going by reports on here.

I have had my scroll on playback temporarily pause, but I use a wired mouse. I have seen some issues get better in the last few updates, though minor graphical hangs are almost felt to be "normal" for me by this point
