Retrospect restore and SCSI
Maybe someone can help. I used retrospect express to save a session to several CD's a few years ago (B/W G3 350-OS 9.1), at the time I was using a SCSI card. I now use Firewire drives.
I tried to restore the session, I have all the needed material. The program goes looking for a SCSI drive, which it will not find, and when it doesn't find it, it is unable to complete the restore. I have an older Mac with SCSI but on this machine, it doesn't see the archive CD disks. Help.?. see12 |

Re: Retrospect restore and SCSI
After connecting the original firewire CD-R drive (which made the disk in the first place) and saving it to an ATA drive, I was able to restore the file, without the "SCSI not found" box.
I hope this helps out someone else. |
