about to have a heart attack!!!!!!!!!!
after MUCH diliberation I finally switched to PC because I was in need of more ram. I get my new PC home, and its a service pack 1 windows 7 pro computer, that is 64 bit.
how in the heck do i install pro tools 9????????? i tried 9.0.2, and it will NOT load. tried to dowload the new update for the service pack as well. what the heck do i have to do get this running!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! very much regretting this purchase already.

is 9.0.2 the full installer or just the updater?
Make sure you have downloaded the WINDOWS version of PT9.x.x FULL installer. Then you can update to 9.0.3
