Hilfe Menü

Hello,
ich bin begeisterter Neueinsteiger und habe ein kleines Problem mit dem Hilfe Menü in Pro Tools. Wenn ich darunter das Referenzhandbuch oder die Tastaturkürzel aufrufen möchte, kommt eine Fehlermeldung. " Hilfedatei kann nicht gefunden werden!
Bin ich alleine mit dem Problem?

I am an enthusiastic newcomers and have a little problem with the Help menu in Pro Tools. If I want to call including the reference manual or the keyboard shortcuts, an error message appears. "Help file can not be found!
Am I alone with the problem?

Mac or PC? What version of Pro Tools? We can't tell you where to look if we don't know at least that much.

Sorry, it is Pro Tools 11.0.2 and a Mac OS 10.8.4

I'm guessing its a localization issue. I can't say as I have read or seen a bunch of complaints from the German community. Are you running the Pro Tools app in German or English? I'm assuming the computer itself is set to use German

This is a confirmed issue.

As a workaround:

Open your Documents Folder (~/Documents), there should be a Pro Tools Folder (~/Documents/Pro Tools/) in that and inside of that a Documentation Folder (~/Documents/Pro Tools/Documentation) which contains a whole bunch of PDFs one of which is the Reference Manual.

Or use the "Pro Tools-Hilfe" option to open the 'online' help system this should load even if you have no connection to the internet on your Pro Tools system.
