Default Need my Click track to start later than my Session

OK I'll explain ..... I am scoring to picture I have a digital picture that starts at 00:59:58:00 hence my session start time is at least there or earlier.. Ok .... now I would like my Music and my sequence to start around 01:00:00:04 ..... now the only I have been able to acheve this is by puttin 2 dead bars so that I get beat 9 (or Bar 3, semantics) so I have enough session time for the video ....... what would love to do is simply be able to tell PT when I would like the click to begin ... a simple sequence start time would WAY COOL I would think other people who score to commercials or Film this would be handy
now can u do this and I just can't find it ???

thanks
lou
