I am about to get some:

DNX36 HD 23.976 QuickTime Files will they import and play in PT9HD?

I am not at my machine at the moment.
Are the Avid Codecs a separate install?
Will the Avid Codecs be on the PT9HD install disk?
Or will I have to get them from another source?

I'm not sure if the codecs are included somewhere in the PT9 material, but they can be found here: http://avid.custkb.com/avid/app/self...p?DocId=372311

You have the Meridian's, DNxHD, MPEG50 and 1:1x codecs in there.

The codec is not included with any PT install, you have to run the Avid installer linked above. You don't have to reboot the computer but you do have to quit and restart Pro Tools. The codec works fine with PT, though.
