Default projectmix and protools controls

Mer Crimmuh everyone!

Question, does anyone know how to use the more complex controls on the projectmix. I know how to use select, mute, the jog wheel, the play commands...but I'm quite more complex commands can be done with the projectmix. Is there a guide out there for it, because my projectmix never came with one, and obviously protools never came with one.

I have protools 7.3 and winxp if that matters.
