Default Multiple plugins windows by default?

Is there a way to open multiple plugins windows by default? (without having to de-select the red icon on the top right)

By default, I don't believe so,, but I have never tried

BTW you can also just hold down "shift" while clicking on the plugin button in the Inserts section" and that will allow multiple plugins to be open at the same time

Or maybe you could have them open in a saved Template ?

I'm pretty sure there is a modifier key you can hold when clicking on an insert to make it open without the active plugin closing. Can't remember right now…

Multiple windows by default - could have been a pref setting.

Learn to spot the target button on plugin window. It is on by default (and no way of changing it) but how hard it is to click on it?

Come on! Don't post if you have nothing to contribute, Janne.

Sorry, forgot to add that this preference is like it is because of... you guessed it... control surfaces.

Ya that happens to me also being a hunt an peck typist that can't spell

Also for the OP you can hold down the shift key and click on multiple plugins insert button BUT they will be stacked directly on top of each other so you then have to spread them out
