Avid Account Deletion
I have submitted a request to have my Avid Master Account and all other information be deleted. I have done all the necessary requirements needed. My reason is I am unable to sustain my Annual Subscription of Protools paid monthly. My studio was impacted severely by the the pandemic. Nothing has changed. I have seen customers waiting after a month and more to have their request granted. Anyone from Avid seeing my request on this forum. Can you assist?
