Pro Tools 11 Startup Error w/ New iLok replacement

Alright so a while back my iLok was broken (rampaging stepfather) I went through the RMA process and received a new iLok today with the licenses transferred to the new iLok. But unfortunately now I am having a problem opening Pro Tools after activation. I get this error message (in attachment).

What am I missing? I think this happened before the first time but I don't remember. If you can give me a link or direct me as good as you can. Thanks

Hardware error is a totally separate issue. What's your interface that it isn't seeing?

Try holding the N key while opening Pro Tools. That should take you right to the Audio Engine window where you can try to select your interface.

not sure, I usually just plug in the eleven rack to it, but even without it hooked in the usb it would still boot when I had it on my macbook previously.

When I pressed the n key I got this error message. Even though the licenses are on it.

Make sure you have the latest Ilok manager, and also disable USB power management.

Two more things - USB on Windows machines is picky and if you plug a peripheral into a different port than what is was originally connected to you'll get errors. Also if you have USB3 ports iLoks have been known to have issues; you'll need to get a USB2 hub to go between the iLok and computer.

Thanks guys, I found the issue this morning. It was missing the ASIO4ALL driver. I have another problem with the audio itself but I will post in a new forum.

You should not be using ASIO4ALL, the Eleven Rack has native ASIO drivers. did you install those?
