Help with activation please

When I set up my Mbox 2 Factory it shows the Ignition Pack as activated on my digi account.....but nothing else. Is there somethign else I should do to see my MBox 2 Factory on my digi page. I want to make sure I am in line for the upgrade.

I did receive an email with a confirmation number for my MBox 2 Factory. It is just a bit confusing.....this process.

If memory serves, You register the MBox and that is good for the unit and for Pro Tools, but not for the additional software. You have to activate that separately.

You should have received your software bundled in a small pack that has a sticker on it with a barcode and a bunch of numbers.. there will be cards for different programs as well. All of these, (that you intend on using), need to be registered and activated separately from the MBox.

thanks danander11 but i am concerned that when I registered my Mbox 2 it does not show up in my digi page. i received a confirmation email but again, it does not show up in my digi account.

my ignition pack shows up but that is all my digi page shows as active?
