We've been using the TC Electronic Clarity M Stereo https://www.tcelectronic.com/product...odelCode=P0DC8 for several years in many of our post rooms and it's been much more consistent than WLM. It has a plugin that allows real-time connectivity to the meter as well as high-speed during a bounce. It also accepts AES/SPDIF inputs. For the cheap price, it's well worth it, especially with all the presets and other metering options available.

Input mode would have been my first suspect too. The Audiosuite channel configuration often changes to mono for some reason.

Not sure if this applies to you but not many people realise that clip by clip Audio Suite process will not take clip gain values into consideration.

That feature was added in 2023.6. Audiosuite will now read clip gain values.

I ran 2 different LUFS in AS and when -3 clip gain it read -27 when -24 at 0.

I can confirm it works in 2023.6 with other plugins as well. If I gain it, I hear the difference through the plugin. I don't have to change the playback gain in the plugin.
I haven't installed 2023.9 at this point, but please confirm what plugins you are trying it with. Maybe the issue is on the plugin side?
