Default Talk Back

I am looking to creat a talkback system for an ISO(isolation) booth I am using an 001 and a Behringer powerplay for headphones but I need to come up with an inexpensive...make that cheap talkback. Sombody must have done this I just think I'm overlooking something reall obvious.
Thanks

Didn't you just post this thread elsewhere?

Use one of the inputs on the 001 as a channel that you can have in the control room. As it was stated before, just be sure to disarm the track before actually recording...

Is this a stereo post?

You could buy one of those cheap home intercom
systems like they sell at the hardware stores.
Lowe's or Home Depot.

Hey, Swap's right about a little 2-way intercom, though. For basic setup situations they're fine. I have an old Realistic 3-way system. It has 3 FM wireless boxes you just plug into the wall, and they're clear as a bell.
