Renamed Regions disappear from clip list when edited
Steps to reproduce:
1. Drag a piece of audio from the clip list onto your workspace 2. Highlight a piece of the audio and rename it ("Z01", as in the screen shot) 3. Now drag Z01 onto your workspace and make a cut (see 2nd screenshot) RESULT: "Z01" disappears from clip list. EXPECTED RESULT: Z01 remains in the clip list, along with any auto-created regions (if you have the auto-created feature selected). Important to note too that "Z01" disappears whether you have Auto-Created selected or not from the Clip List. Seems somewhat related to this MIDI post Running PT Ultimate 2018.10.0 MacBook Pro, Sierra 10.12.6 |

Re: Renamed Regions disappear from clip list when edited
Bug occurs only when renaming with CMD + R. If you highlight a chunk of audio, hit CMD + E, then double-click this newly made region to rename it, the bug does not occur.
The bug must be related "Capture" (CMD + R). Is this somehow different than renaming a region/clip? |
