Default SPL Volume2 dust?

My SPL Volume2 has started to crackle and make noisy when I turn the knob beyond 50. I recon this has to do with dust inside the volume-pot?

I work in a non-grounded environment btw (I know this might not help)

Have someone experience with fixing this problem with the Volume2 or similar volume-controllers?

All the best/Jonatan
