Default Regions/Markers grid shortcut?

In PT6.4 TDM on OSX 10.3.4, is there anyway to use a shortcut key combination to toggle the Grid mode between Regions/Markers and Bars Beats mode (even with a third party app)? I constantly switch back and forth and it is a pain to have to use the drop down menu every time.

yes, QuicKeys by CeSoftware.

and there is a 30 days demo available. I used it once to create a gap of 4 sec between each region of a track (± 3000 regions) for some kind of answering machine. Since the narrator didn't have to wait 4 sec between each word, it saved a full day of recording.
