Pro Tools 10 license question

I tried to search for the answer, but couldn't find it.

I purchased an Eleven Rack with a full license of ProTools 10 recently. I installed everything on a PC I had in my guitar studio. I now realize it is not capable of handling the recording and processing I have planned without problems. I did register the software for my PC and registered my iLok. I am now considering a new computer and would like to know if I buy a Mac, can I still use this license on a Mac with my same iLok? I would completely reformat the PC and probably sell it.

Simply, can I change my License from a PC to a MAC? Thanks.

You don't change anything. Just install Pro Tools (and the latest ILok driver) on the Mac and plug in the iLok and go. You can install Pro Tools on as many PCs and Macs as you want but you can only run one at a time by connecting the iLok to that computer.

The corollary is do not lose your iLok -- worse case you have really lost everything and need to repurchase it.
