Default Sample Rate Problem...Prefs?

I have a guy sending me vocals. He uses PT LE, I am on Logic.

He sent me some files the other day, and instead of his normal 44.1/24 bit files, they were showing up when imported into Logic as 48 files which I had to convert. I told him, and he said "Oh yeah, I did a session at 48 a few days ago, I'll set it back to 44.1."

Today he sent more files, they still are at 48. When I told him, he sent me a screenshot showing PT set at 44.1.

I'm thinking maybe he needs to trash his prefs, but I can't remember in PT where you find them....

Any advice appreciated..

Thanks
Tom
