"Reverify" Academic Eligibility Fails

Not sure if this is the correct sub-forum... Mods, feel free to move.

The issue is that attempts to "reverify" academic status fails. I've tried this with multiple web-browsers (Safari and Firefox) but upon pressing "submit," the page shows "this field is required" for date of birth, even though it's already been entered. Re-inputting the date of birth causes the same issue again.

Is the form asking for a date in the format MM/DD/YYYY?

You're not inputing DD/MM/YYYY are you? IIRC this is the assumed format in Europe; I don't know what the Oz convention is....

Thanks for the reply Bob. No, you just select the year, month and day from a drop down menu and it then populates for you. But as mentioned, it's not working

For those interested (had a couple of PM's) I've had a reply from support -- it's a "known issue" that they're currently working to fix.

Thanks for following up with more info here. I checked and see that your license is current so this shouldn't be impacting your use, and CS should be able to get this resolved soon. Thanks for your patience.
