Quick Key Command for Transport Window???

Quick Key Command for Transport Window???

Does anyone know the quick key command to open the Transport window on Pro Tools 6.4 with a Powerbook G4 OS 10.3.5?

I use to press ctrl + Option 1, that doesn't work now. All it says I can use is Option 1, on a numeric keypad only.
